The pain in my legs isn’t as noticeable anymore. It’s still sore to the touch, but I have high hopes that I can overcome it. I’m also down 5lbs from the start of this training – so that’s good! Less weight to lug around when running.

Staying Active
I spent the better part of the day on my feet, doing housework. I can still feel pain in my shins/legs. Yoga clothes are expensive!! What’s the deal with that?! The idea of spending $30+ on a pair of short/pants gives me a different pain-in my wallet.
Speaking of wallet – the Chiropractor told me that it’s not a good idea to have a wallet in the butt-pocket. I told him that when I don’t have it, I tend to tilt. I guess that’s the whole point. Sit straight, have good posture- don’t have a wallet in the butt.
Recovery
I was right. My body is sore and stiff from yesterday’s battle. As I go into the weekend, I plan on continuing the massages and resting my legs. I purchased KT Tape online. I need to start back running again as soon as possible.
